 At first glance, this casino differs from many others.  Primarily their games work without lagging. The pages open fast, and I never experienced issues from the technical side. Two or three times, there were questions with payment systems, but it always was a payment provider issue, not casino or mine. So, all in all, it's a good site where I can get my money without problems)) 

 I like their support; they have a great team of well-trained specialists. The support quality is crucial for me. I often see lazy or incompetent people in casinos, so I'm meticulous.  This casino is somewhat good. They have decent amount of games. They take their time verifying your identity, which is expected. Eventually they send you an email stating you are totally verified. You would think that would mean faster payouts but that is not the case. They take FOREVER to payout. Even after the first withdrawal the next one is not any faster. They pride themselves on instant payout. Close to 7 or 8 days is not instant or even quick payout. It makes me wonder what else they are lying about. 

 Not a bad range of games, i also liked the bonuses, but the time of withdrawal is too long for me, up to 24 hours... i think it's too much. but in general everything is fine. 

 I wouldn't trust these people. I made 2 deposits. 1 credit card and 1 bank transfer. I have 2 charges on my credit card and 1 transfer. Support first said no successful deposits made then after I argued they then told me I made 2 deposits and played them which is true. So which is it? 2 deposits or none? They couldn't answer my questions but did say the finance department would email me, I doubt they will. Strange though how one $150 credit card deposit turned into 1 at$146.29 and 1 at $146.23. Explain that so I understand considering I also made a $150 transfer. Does not equal$300 if you know your Math. Crooks
