The casino runs smooth and representatives are curious and very helpful, well that is until you win money (nearly €18000). Once winnings want to be withdrawn they start throwing condecending remarks out in the live chat. Representative then state no phone number is available, no manager is available... they cant even provide a time in which is best to speak to a Manager. Actually stated that weren't ro disclose this information. Multiple chats and multiple attempts to speak to someone and I have yet to be able to get ahold of a manager or supervisor. 18000€ iss lots of money and apparently this casino isn't paying customers. Will keep informed of progress actually claiming my win. Thank you!
