Well, I joined so I could review the bettywins casino because I think there is nothing worse than a casino that is not at all serious about playing by the rules and paying out when people win. I took the welcome bonus and easily ran through the playthrough according to the rules as always. So then I went to cash my $50 and of course, they wanted to verify me. So I quickly sent all my ID and documents to several places and emails provided by support. These are the same support agents who work for Extreme, Brango, Bonus Blitz, and several others although they say they are unaffiliated with any other casino.? So then they inform me to cash out I must show good faith by depositing. So I do, I make a $10 litecoin deposit. Then I was informed that normally it takes 3-5 business days to get verified. So I think to myself, they just opened days ago so normally isn't really a thing here. And also I think how dedicated the owner of this site must be to take off on the first weekend of operation. So that was on Friday. It is now Tuesday and nobody has answered any of my emails or even acknowledged my existence. This is not how a casino can be run. I sent it and In 5 minutes I got another email saying I'm all clear to withdrawal. And 15 minutes later the litecoin hit my Exodus wallet. I received a $77 chip as a new player promotion. I clicked for details to see the wager amount. The sign said $100 max cash out. I completed the wagering. I go to chat and see why the counter took off everything but $50. The rude woman in chat specifically told me $50 and that's that. The sign well sure said $100. So I go to withdraw.
