Had to bet that a total of 20000 which I ended up doing and got over $400 in comp ooints. Ended up getting account to 30000 a few time was only allowed to withdraw 2000 rest would been voided out. After 3 weeks of waiting I'm now ok to withdraw but now waiting on the request. After reading here I can only imagine what bs is next. Casino is fun but it's definitely step up for you to win while on bonuses and for you to lose once money is real. The games I played and won on during the bonus hit a lot and payout were great once it was my money it turn into a different casino as winning a winning round or hand was non existing. My experience with this casino is just too strange and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I have been trying to get my withdrawal of 715 dollars since Feb. 19th. It took two weeks just to clear all the documents. I was send e-mails stating everything was cleared. Then it took from March 4th to March 16th to get my withdrawal request approved. Today i received notice that $160.00 was all I would receive because my name was on a no bonus list...I was not allowed to play using bonuses. Why it took them 3 and 1/2 weeks to discover this I do not know. I have not gone back there but they stated the rest of the money back to my account??? Why would I want to play with that money...it's from the bonus I wasn't suppose to have...I will never play there again. Thank you!

Do not play at this casino they have been blacklisted I was playing at this casino they do not pay out there no deposit bonus $50 is a lie I played it beat their play out thing was up to $400 they took their cut which was 300 put me down to $100 I played all the way up to a thousand bucks play the little bit more today now I'm back down to 899 and they will not cash me out now they're trying to say that I need 2 put down $100 and I only get to cash out 200 so I asked him what what happens to my 899 and they said then that will be voided that the $50 did they give you no deposit bonus is just to test their games not real money Thank you!
