I opened an account on 4/12/2024. Upon successfully creating my account I redeemed the welcome bonus. I then completed the playthrough required and continued to play until I'd earned approximately $235. I contacted customer service to inquire about the necessary steps to cashout, what the max cashout was for the bonus, how long it would take, and if I qualified. I was told to complete my KYC and that the max allowable withdrawal for the bonus was $180 and I qualified for it. I immediately provided the required documents to KYC, which were approved on Friday, 4/19, after being delayed upon receiving an email stating the picture of my proof of address was cropped and had partially cropped part of the document (which was not true). As soon as I recieved the email confirming my verification documents I again spoke with a live agent to confirm everything was in order to request my withdrawal. I was told that the max cashout was actually $200,and that I should request that amount, instead of the full amount remaining of my winnings, and that upon confirmation their team would remove any leftover winnings, if any were left. I completed my withdrawal request for $200 via my Bitcoin account immediately, leaving a balance of about $15 in winnings in my account. I was told the cashout process takes 24-48 business hours. I woke up and checked my emails just now (Mon 4/22 morning), to find one from Decode's financial services stating; "Dear Christopher, Thank you for your patience regarding your payout of $200.00 via Bitcoin. While reviewing your account we've noticed that the following rule was broken: Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offers consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings or winnings from comp points. We have denied your withdrawal, voided your winnings and your bonus. Kindly have a look at the casino Terms and Conditions to avoid breaking any of our rules in the future which may result in your winnings being voided. Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us. Yours sincerely, June? Decode Financial Services" This is completely false and could not even be possible considering the winnings were earned using the welcome bonus. That was the first and only bonus I've recieved from this casino, so their accusation and reason for refusing my cashout is completely false and unjustified. I sent them an email requesting documentation of this accusation and explaining that this could not be true as I'd earned the rewards via their welcome bonus and I'm currently awaiting their responce. This is a new casino, and I'm fairly certain it is a scam casino. I will continue to update this as more information is aquired.

@BlazeMoody Same thing happened to me guys... created account...used bonus... played through the bonus... went through withdrawal verification process (took a month!)... then withdrew some of my money...and they took it all and said I violated a rule... no warning... I even told them what I was about to do... and they said it was ok... then they pulled most of my balance out of my account and will not give it back. This site is for sure a complete scam... be careful folks!

the same exact thing happened to me. I'm currently in the waiting period for the "$200 allowable" withdrawal. I was just told that it is a holiday wherever they are so it'll be a little longer. I have a feeling I'm going to get the same broken rule email. It's really pathetic that there are people out there like this. I was even going to deposit but I can't do that without canceling the withdrawal that I've been waiting on for 2 weeks. God forbid I start all over with these yahoos!

I deposited money and tried to claim a welcome bonus and their bonus codes were not working. They offered me a different bonus with a higher playthrough amount. I told them I wanted a refund. i did not play at all. They said it would take 24-48 hours to respond to me

I had the same issue when playing here. I spoke to customer support and was told that their tech team was aware of the problem and working to fix it. I personally think it's a way the scam people, as it didn't start happening until I won a big spin and bonus spins at the same time. It would let me log in and return to where I was, but as soon as I'd attempt to spin it would start the reels, boot me off, and never pay me anything for the spin but remove that spin from my account. This casino is a scam, I strongly suggest using a more trustworthy and reputable casino.
