 Tried using $50 NDB and it said “Bonus not found” copy and pasted directly from below. I don’t want to give a bad rating because it could be an error, so, I’ll wait and see what happens and review again later 

 It seemed to be a pretty good casino but after 3rd deposit, they stopped giving me a bonus. They said it's because of my deposit patterns and etc.. I wish they told me that before I deposited the money. not going back 

 One of the WORST casino ive ever tried. Good luck trying to withdraw your money when you win. It will take you months till you actually receive your money. 

 I took a 310% deposit bonus with 35x playthrough, because I liked their Video Poker games which advertise full-pay tables, even though they only count 15% toward playthrough. I spent a good amount of time wagering $0.10 and $0.15 per hand to see if my returns would be as expected, and while I was wagering small amounts, my return was within 1% of 100%, statistically normal. Because I was only at about 1% of playthrough, I decided to test out slightly larger wagers to see if I could decrease the playthrough time. Astonishingly, when I increased my wagers from $0.20 to $0.25 per hand, my return dropped dramatically, from 95% to 85%, making the game unplayable, even if I had decided to take advantage of their offer to replace my bankroll had I lost it all. I would have better off playing slots which generally payback about the same and contribute 100% to playthrough. It's never fun to have a run of statistically anomalous bad luck, but on top of that, the lengthy process to get my original deposit back makes me wish I had read a review like this while researching places to spend my time and money. I'll chalk this one up to the cost of experience and advise you to avoid this place if you prefer a more consistent gaming experience. 

 As other players mentioned, they will not honor your full payout request. I’ve invested at least $50k with this site and every time they payout half or less than what you request. This is not occasional as they claimed on another review, and your player class or weekly limit does not matter. They try to claim it is for the safety of the player but that’s completely false. Over my last 7 withdrawals they have been paid out in small amounts or completely rejected. They claim to have a weekly limit of $2,500 but you won’t get close to it as they just prolong the payout process. It’s a shady practice that needs to be addressed, and until it is, I wouldn’t recommend investing any money with this site 

 Stupid casino! I’ve invested my ass off money and time in this and won 10k$ and thought of paying out! I’ve asked for a payout which is 2500$ max per week as per their terms! But after a week they paid me 500$ and they said they can’t do more and have to divide the money into more smaller parts! I knew it was from Winport because my zero balance was now $1500. I contacted an agent via chat and was told management can split payments into smaller parts without notice. I was baffled because my payout request was not over the maximum allowed per week. Of course I asked why and this is what the agent said: We split the funds, as it is much safer to send small parts of it, every week, than send a big amount per our transaction. Also, some BTC providers or any other payment channels may apply some fees if the amount of the transaction is big. Since we care about our customers, we choose the best way for you. Our finance department is always choosing the most efficient, fastest, and safest ways for our customers, you. A cashout of $2500 that could have been paid in a single transaction, will now be paid out in three separate transactions, which means three weeks. The finance department operates during business hours and processes one transaction per player at a time. It is not fast or efficient, and it is clearly not in the players' needs or interests.
