 I played their free spins bonus twice, made like $460 and requested withdrawal as I had finished the requirements. It denied me and I was informed the most I could withdraw was $67.46 so I promptly requested a withdrawal in that amount on 10/13/2020. It's now 10/30/2020 and I still have not received it. I was told on 10/19/2020 that it would be 2-3 more business days. Of course, no one will respond to my (many and heated) emails. I guess i'm just SOL there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE>

 This casino is a fraud, I completed my promo and cashed out 3k it’s been over a month and no response from them , no emails no chat no nothing, I tried to call the number on the website and someone picked up I said : is this from winbig 21 and the guy hanged up on me It’s a scam THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU and they will not reply on chat or emails When I first joined they used to be fast on the chat , after I made a deposit and cashed out never I got an answer again , I’ve been trying almost every day for the past month. 

 I used the bonus did the 40x play-through still have $500. Yet I'm scared to make deposit.
