 After requesting my withdrawal for $1000 it took weeks of silly questions such as “is this info correct?” Or “is this a checking or savings account?” That second question is answered when the withdrawal is requested btw until finally was approved and when it finally did only $250 was completed the rest was sent back to my account balance and they say the casino reserves the right to pay how they want 

 I think there is more to expect from supermova casino as a whole. there are a lot of those who work on it like they offer the best they have. I do want to point out these ones for my own review at the very least. one is that there are a lot of games to choose from, so that is actually a win for me the next thing i like here is their customer service since they offer me more time to work out on the games and help me out whenever i have a problem as well. They need to at least try to improve their service when it comes to their services in the long run since they don’t have that speedy service too. Another thing that i least like is the way they designed their games to be categorised into one as my friend says at the very least. That is just a way for me to comment on the design that they have as well as the creative inputs

 My account in this casino was blocked after depositing $ 200 It's the worst casino in competing casinos I have proof 

 I didn't have to much of a problem with the casino at first, other then it seems the games go super cold unless your on a bonus with a ton of play through left to be completed. But today after logging onto my bank account and looking at my statement, I noticed that every time I deposited with them, they ran my card for more then what I authorized. When I went to talk to support about it, they denied me the access to my account to look at deposit history to get a screen shot of it to compare to bank statement. Even though I know for certain it was their casino. Their casino is the only casino I have ever deposited at that "has to run the card on their end" making it so I don't actually see the amount charged. I just say to them yes I authorize you to charge my card for $30.00. But dont get to see how much is actually charged till i look at bank statement. And when I did saw they had charged an extra $1.50 to $2.05 each time I deposited.
