Pitbet stole my money!! I registered an account and accpeted their welcome bonus. Played it and managed to complete the wagering of the bonus and ended up winning 1071€. This was on 7th of november and i requested withdrawl they declined and asked me to upload documents for verification so i did. Then i requested my second withdrawl and they said that my bank statement needs to be in englsish so then i get my bank statement in english. And i have to ask them daily to check my document for verification so i can request my withdrawl. this process has taken them 1 month to do and now they are claiming that my bonus expired. and there is only my deposit left on my casino balance. If my bonus would be active which is 100% was not, would i be able to request withdrawls then asked by their own support to verify my account and upload new bank statement in english, but no word about i need to complete the wagering of my bonus first before requesting a withdrwl. It is sad to see casinos behaving this way and hope to get away with costumers winning especially if your casino just started. And the to start your new business by scamming costumers is not right. I have print screens to attach and chat trascripts to forward. Thank you
