i tried to withdraw 4000 € from MyWin24 Casino but after i sent them my documents for verification they said to me my ID card is damaged (but it is not). i talked to the livechat on their site and they told me to send the ID card again to [email protected] I thought okay no problem and i made a picture of the front-backside and also a scan of the front-backside and sent them both to the support mail.I dont know whats the problem.
