The way it works is they will have a VIP host contact you and give you excellent one on one customer service and create bonuses for you that are very attractive. If you win they do try to encourage you to redeposit those winnings for a new better promo. But this only goes on for just so long. If you happen to win over 500 this casino will cut all communications with you. Their system will suddenly be under constant maintenance because of the system error that you receive when trying to withdraw. The system cancels all withdrawal requests. Then you are place on the support ignore list and that so called friendly VIP host allegedly no longer works at the casino!! You can instant chat any message you want to support you will never get answered back. I have researched this casino and found this issue is a constant issue for this casino and funny how the issue always happens when a customer hits 500 plus to withdraw. This casino is very well versed in providing Lip-service to any organization that reaches out to help settle the matter for the customer. They claim not to have a license however they do it is just held under the owners name and the license is out of Caraco. Their sister site is coinbets777 and you will find this casino has the very same issue.

 This casino is a scam. Do not play here. They stole my deposit. I used no bonus and won 125. I submitted my verification documents and was told 24 to 48 hours. Then instant withdrawals. I can understand things taking longer but customer service went from instantly responding to just ghosting me completely. I try to talk to them in live chat and they will not respond at all. Nor will they respond via email. They still can send me bonuses on my email but don’t have the decency to tell me what’s going on.
