 All of you who are complaining you need to read the T&Cs!! What I understood after reading is that It's Multi stage promo, You get your money back (the balance before it went to zero) once you deposit 25 bucks. Im not sure what the max is on the amount you get back though.. whether it's capped at 517 or all of your winnings re appear. That wasn't really explained so if anyone knows chime in, please. Then it states Max withdrawal is your winnings+deposit. It's actually one of the best promos on here I think . I haven't tried it but im about to. Just read the T&Cs so unlike everyone on here who thinks it's a scam and wants to cry about it, give us all a favor and stop being cheapskates! Deposit the 25 bucks and update your review so we can know how much is redeposited back. Is it all your winnings? A percentage? Or the bonus amount? I'll update if I win anything, the amount that was redeposited back. Just FYI for people saying it's a scam NO CASINO is going to just give a player 500 bucks. And Let you cash out $5000. They give you 45 minutes because it's such a large amount.. It's like read what the FAQs are before you start attacking. Anywho after my promo if I don't lose it all, im expecting to go to zero because like the site explain the second stage is followed by a 25 dollar deposit initiated by you ! What you get money back from the first stage plus $25 will be your max cash out. At least that's what I understood after reading. I'll get back to update after my $25 deposit if I win anything lol. Please if my explanation is not accurate correct me!. So everyone can have a better understanding. 

 Was playing cleopatras coins pretty happily with my balance up to 800 and something and all of sudden my balance was f...ing zero . Don't know what the f..k happened. Pretty bloody shitty . F..king big con . Bullshit site if you ask most of the others it has happened to as well. Feeling ripped and pretty pissed off. 

 I have had the worst experience with this casino. I won $348 cashed out received confirmation my payout was being processed back on October 8th. For 2 weeks after that i could not reach anyone via email phone or fax then i reveived an email stating i had no payout pending. 30 emails receiving the same answer even though i have the screenshot of my winnings and a confirmation email that my payout was being processed. 

 I went to join but was told they don't accept players from my area. I'm in the United States. It says they accept US players but do not. Today is January 20th, 2024 

 Crazy luck casino is a complete rip off do not play this casino they completely and intentionally did not pay me my withdrawal. All requirements meet and I even deposited an additional 25.00 and they still kept my payout. By far the worst casino on the net. 

 I think it's bad new that they might be closing shop. There are no bonuses.in promo tab and no email response 

 I have been waiting since march 21st for my meesely $200 withdraw which they have given every single reason why it's is taking so long.  Still no payout 18 days keep getting told be patient error with ewallet so I gave them alternate 4 days ago still nothing meanwhile a chic named Lisa seems to work here and winbig21 also slow to pay but did she has ability to get payouts done in hours but getting her too is tough also she can switch between different chat agents name!!! They have habbit saying check back then it's another name another excuse 

 My experience is like going thru another month mirror image of winbig21( later found out) is a sister casino same support! Same drag out withdraws they are limited to one measley payout a week weather it's 200 or 900!!! These agents will lie to you outright boldface!!
