Who went the extra mile while being friendly, professional, and courteous. Which would have been all that I really expected, even when my issue had not been resolved. After opening account / received verification e-mail/ text code then with login pop up for another verification this time deposit using Trustly. Made small deposit, but no amount directly in my players account. Contacted live chat - deposit was made but no amount was transferred yet, so I have to wait untill I receive yet another e-mail that the amount is in my players account so I can play. Go figure!!!
