I have been a daily depositor for over a year. On 7/8/2024 I made a neosurf deposit that wasn't credited. Since then, I have sent them a photo of the neosurf code, a screenshot of the successful deposit, a screenshot of them receiving the money, and a screenshot from them saying the money was received. It's now 17/8/2024 and nothing. Same copy and paste on a daily basis. Nothing was given as a goodwill gesture. They have even stopped replying to my emails. On chat, they just say they are going to close our chat, then do. Really, really poor. I have never had an issue with them in the past.
