Wild casino used to be my favorite I have deposited over $1,000 there if not more. I've enjoyed playing at their tournaments they have every day as long as you made a $20 deposit that month. When I went to do my morning login about a week ago I found that my account had been disabled. I messaged live chat and live chat told me that I had more than one account I said no I do not have more than one account I'm very confused I told them and they kept saying my account is disabled and that's final!!!! upon calling them on the phone they could not explain to me why my account was closed they said they weren't allowed to disclose the information and upon asking for a manager I was told the manager would say the same thing. If anyone has any advice in dealing with this I'm not sure what to do I'm hoping they respond I'm very upset. I know that they are very touchy about using another device because I have had them question me about that before when I was going to my local library and using computer their. About a week ago I was camping with my boyfriend ( no electricity) so I was charging my phone In His truck and his phone was sitting their, by the campfire,- his phone (a Nokia) is Not in service and has no data-he just uses it for an alsrm clock but it was fully charged, so i decided to use it and turn on my hotspot on my phone-(leaving mine charging in truck) connect to -"my phone-my IP address") and login and play some on wild casino and on super slots because I have deposited at both within last 30 days. Well that night was the last night I ever was able to login to my account. I have also put over $500 into their other casinos Bet online and Sportsbetting which upon checking have disabled accounts too! Let me first say that I have literally played at every online casino that accepts US players with the exception of the ones that are regulated by individual states within the US. I've also frequented about 80% of the live casinos within the US in Atlantic City, NJ, Biloxi MS, Tunica MS, Las Vegas, NV, and all of the Hard Rock Cafes in FL and MS. I've even been to a few of the casinos owned by the same company that owns Wild casino including Sam's Town in Tunica, MS & the IP in Biloxi, MS. I made my first deposit two days ago at Wild casino and claimed the Wild250% bonus. Unlike every single other online casino Wild casino has their bonuses structured in the most ridiculous manner. You actually have two separate accounts with balances. One is for the money you deposit and the other is called your bonus account. Upon clicking on your bonus account your prompted to choose from a list of selected games. Not all of them mind you or even close to that amount of choices. Now bare in mind that the rollover for both the deposit and bonus are the same. Be that as it may why would you have them in separate accounts??? It's something I would expect from some "Good old boys" that lived up in the mountains and way deep in the sticks!! Here's the best part......since having made my deposit I have attempted to play my bonus of 250% of my deposit on nearly all the games on the list only to have every one display the same screen which states internal error. I've contacted live chat, customer support, emailed them, sent them screenshots, etc. I had one person from live chat tell me that attempting to play your bonus on a mobile phone or tablet is very tricky and nearly impossible to do. So why wouldn't they tell you that up front??? I received an email today from someone apparently in management and he simply stated" sorry for the inconvenience. We'll put the $75 back in your bonus account once we get the problem resolved when obviously the right thing to have done would have been to just put my 75.00 in my other so called account so I can play it which incidentally was my whole reasoning behind making the deposit. As for the money I deposited it was gone in less than 15 minutes. The minimum bet on any game is fifty cents and the average is 1.50 per spin. The games are super tight and return (pay out) an average of about ten cents on the dollar. At least that was my average unless of course you factor in the bonus I got f....out of in which case it would be about one or two cents on the dollar. This was hands down without question the " Very Worst " experience I have ever had with an online casino and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. As for the company Boyd Gaming who owns Wild Casino, there are multiple family members who actually own Boyd Gaming and their values and how they perceive/treat their customers at their real casinos are very consistent with how I was treated by Wild Casino. Don't figure!!!!!

This is my 2nd and final updated review on Wild Vegas. My previous updated review gave nothing but praise as to how they conducted business. That was before I attempted to withdrawal my winnings. Requested a 500.00 withdrawal a couple of days ago from winnings stemming from my initial deposit. Received an email stating that I would be notified within 24 hrs after review. Never received any such notification. Contacted live chat and was informed that it was rejected and that an email with an explanation had been sent to me. Needless to say I never received any such email. It was a lie just like any of the explanations that would have been given to justify their actions. Wild Casino is no different than a lot, no, most of these online casinos. They take your deposits knowing good and well beforehand that they have no intentions of paying you your winnings. I truly believe that one of these online casino owners, preferably one who owns more than one, needs to be made an example of. Even if it's something as simple as them losing a hand or eye. Perhaps then these scumbags will put a little more thought into their schemes knowing up front that there are potential consequences that come from stealing from people.

In all fairness I wanted to follow up with a 2nd review on Wild Casino. I wrote the first one shortly after signing up on the site and making my first deposit. What happened was upon claiming the WILD 250 1st Deposit I was unable to play my bonus because all that came up on the screen when I tried to play a game was internal error. I contacted live chat but she wasn't much help. The following day I received an email apologizing for the situation and ensuring me that they would get it resolved. On the third day after my deposit I received another email from a casino executive stating "Good News " we fixed the problem. You are able to play your bonus now. That was close to a wee ago. Since then my $75.00 bonus went to over 1k at one point. Just had a congratulations come over my screen stating that I met my rollover requirements and thanked me for being a loyal player. Wound up having won nearly $800.00 to cash out from that bonus. I said some less than favorable things in my initial review about them but given the fact that they were on top of the situation and handled it as well as a company could I wanted everyone to know that this is a first class online casino. I have quite literally played on every online casino that accepts US players. I have also been a business owner for going on 35 yrs now. There are very few legitimate online casinos out there these days and even less that sincerely care about the people that play on them. That to me is what sets Wild Casino miles apart from the other online casino.not to mention the fact that the games play fairlygiving

I missed out on the first deposit free spins but got the bonus I tried contacting support there was no one there I’ve emailed several times. I didn’t get the second deposit bonus at all I’m very annoyed as no response after 24 hrs. There isn’t anyone on site to talk to customer service very poor.
