I'm siding with CaNna09 on this one. Four days was the quickest email response time so my verification process took 17 days! Withdrawal request made and it took 4 days for approval. Currently on day 13 after withdrawal approval and still waiting. Since I will be making multiple withdrawal requests and they have only a $500 daily limit it will take me months to receive full payment excluding the 5 weeks I've already waited. Awful casino, awful speed of verification and payout and if what you say is accurate they violate their own terms and conditions.Thank you!

Won $1600 after joining with my Sign up bonus... Got ddos'd then when i logged back in, it said funds WIthdrawl requested & approved. I messaged Customer Support and then said that they are withholding my funds until i prove my Identity and then I needed to make a deposit of $25 minimum in order to receive my funds. I then confirmed my identity after 2 days (and multiple emails with attachments of my Drivers License, Bank Statements, and Bills proving my identity and confirming address where i live which is same as on my ID).. after talking with Customer Service on the phone and waiting 2 weeks I got NOTHING. 2 months later and multiple phone calls and emails, i still have nothing! Very upsetting and discouraging. I will be calling my bank and getting a refund on my money i lost with the deposit I made with Shazam. I hope others have a better experience then what I went through with this seriously poor business. Have all the screen shots and everything documented for reassurance in case I shall need in order to show and prove that I am right and everything I stated above is the truth. Thank you!

I used a $25 No Deposit Bonus that said maximum cash out is $120. I have about $90 and now they are telling me max cash out is $50 and in order to cash out, I need to deposit $50 and play through once and then cash out $100.
