I actually deposit the money on this platform and they’re continuing to say that I got some jackpot that needs to come off my winnings but I’ve had these winnings for over a year I don’t want $1000. I’ve been trying to withdraw it and they’ve said I tried to do the check and also they didn’t do the check anymore but the way they look on there now they do the check again then I tried to do the bitcoin oh they don’t do that either now they said the wire transfer so I did the wire transfer or they said my bank account didn’t have enough activity in it and went on and on then I just let it sit and wait wait, wait, wait wait. so then I tried to withdraw $688 that didn’t work out because I don’t have activity in my account so then I waited and waited and then I got it down to 188. I just try to withdraw it we did a week pending withdrawal through bitcoin because I have that option again now for some reason weird then they come back to tell me after I contact customer support. Ask him how much longer my withdrawal now they’re saying I have a bonus match deposit and I have to take away the bonus money which is $165. I did $188 withdraw what $10 get the hell out of here with that and it was no match bonus when I was trying to withdraw 688 or 900 or 1000 it’s just not enough activity in my bank account now I gotta take a bonus. Every excuse in the book not to pay you they don’t wanna give you a dollar they wanna take your money instantly but it takes them freaking I couldn’t even get it over a year 100 and I got my $1200 when he’s down to 188 and they still don’t want to give it to me this platform needs to be shut the hell down it is a scam their cheats and their POS’s!!!!!! 

 After winning 200 dollars on a bonus they approved the withdrawal and I went through an IMMENSELY DIFFICULT process of learning how to create Bitcoin accounts and crypto. After four long days I was all set and they sent me an email claiming my winnings would be there soon as they said! Over two weeks later STILL NOTHING! I AM BEYOND PISSED! I have sent them email after email and no response since. 

 Would not allow me to redeem any single bonus. Tried to contact customer support. No response only automatic message 

 The withdraw process is absolutely ridiculous!! This casino does NOT want to pay its players for their wins. I requested a withdraw for money I won with from a deposit and still have not seen it! This was 2 weeks ago! When I finally got through to customer service and inquired about it their response was they are processing it still! Absolutely ludicrous! 

 It's telling me my phone number is invalid and my phone number is fine. It won't let sign up because of that.

This is the most pathetic and worthless casino on the internet. Do yourself a favor and go to a site that can give you your dang money just as fast as they took it.. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Matter of fact avoid all of their casionos. They have around 12 of the same ** sites under multiple names. I cant wait to have my deposit in hand and NEVER return.
