Rich Palms Casino Review

 Yeah, had actually won a pretty big jackpot on that site.... but apparently they have a term where you can only cash out 100 maximum off no deposit bonus .... so they took about 900$ away 

 New Casino! BE WARNED! Very apparent they have TIGHT controls over frequency of wins, payouts, bonuses etc.. played for three weeks and deposited over $3000...made small and large wagers and was never up more than 10% and would suddenly hit long cold streaks until balances dropped off. 

 Terrible, terrible place to try and get winnings from . I made my first withdrawal of 245 on March 26th. Kept checking my bank but nothing arrived. Had many, many futile chat sessions, and was eventually told to send copies of my bank statement to prove I had not got any winnings...I did this...in the meantime I withdrew 150 early April and then 300 on the 19th April. After many emails tooing and frooing with the their finance department I finally today get an email saying they were pleased to tell me my 245 refund was being sent. I logged into the casino and was surprised to see 55 sitting there - I checked the banking page and they had sent the 245 refund out of my 300 winnings and placed the other 55 back into my players account!!!! Every email to the finance department takes DAYS to get a response. The chat advisers and managers have no way (apparently) of contacting their own finance department, and they tell the player to do it themselves (and so back you go into the endless waiting for days to get a reply). Mistake after mistake after mistake is made. Advisers try to be helpful but have limited English language capability (it's infuriating). They advertise it takes 7 business days to get your money (it does not - the advisers will tell you takes 12 business days) - I still have not received one cent of any of the withdrawals! They refuse to give details of where their Licence comes from. They refuse to give details of whom to contact to complain. |ll in all - it is a shambles (and yet to see if it is scam also). The only plus side is the games are good!! lol 

 I was impressed by game but lost, i will try again later 

 Used the welcome bonus and managed to play through the wagering requirements - site immediately shut down and my balance went from over 2000$ to 1$. Contacted support and shut down my account. Do not play on this site.

 I wish I checked the reviews earlier for this casino. Impossible to verify account due to the links not working. Games are constantly freezing and when you ask support crew for help they tell you to buy a new device and it’s not a problem. Support crew is very rude and absolutely no help whatsoever. For some strange reason the games only freeze when you win a feature like free spins or scatter. I was told by the manager if I seek outside advice I will have my account terminated and I will be blacklisted from the casino industry forever. Don’t make a deposit unless you have verified your account first. 

 Was good at first then they just like quit hitting all together. Had 2 times where i should have got a bonus game during play and was robbed of those. Then they tell me to check coupon area after my money is below $1 and they would make up for the robbed bonuses but they didn't do a thing. I'm so sick of getting ripped off by rich casinos that have no problem taking our money but when it comes to paying out they are crickets. I'm over it all already. 

 I completed the sign up form validated my email and the bonus code after I entered it says I cannot redeem this at the moment see the cashier 

 Complete scam. Terrible experience. Bonus rules are kept secret from brand new players. Certain games are restricted for bonus play those games are therefore locked and you can't choose them that's perfect. The way they get you is if at any time during your bonus play you bet over $10 they keep your deposit and all the money you've accumulated. I find it odd that the other rules have been locked there for you can't choose them to screw up but yet this very easiest one to screw up on the bet is wide open for you to screw up on at any time this is how they get you complete scan!!
