so angry i had a big win needed to turn over 3500 before i could withdraw which I did withdrawal of 1800 was put back into my account as my ID didn't clear. contacted them withdrawal started again for 1700 left 100 in my account my ID was approved now all of a sudden my 1700 is yet again cancelled is not in my pokie account and the 100 is gone too.
