 Winning is extremely few and far between. I say this with much experience with online and live slots. Weird 3rd real glitches that are uncharacteristic to a connection issue. Technical? Perhaps...or software molestation?....Ive inquired to live chat but they just feed me full of the random # generator b.s....convenient cop out. Any free chip I've recieved or free spins, rewards cashback money to play, has always been terrible gameplay and I mean crash and burn bad.  Its ok. I experienced some strange lag on their site during slot play, and it was very very different from other lag I have seen. Gave me a headache and eye pain after a few hours. It got to the point that I couldn't wait for my session to be over. After I contacted Live support, I basically relogged in and everything was magically fine. My trust is just not there for any RTG casino in general, but especially one that has slots that act in such a manner. It was quite literally the strangest behavior for slot machines I have ever seen. Play here at your own risk.

 Casino Reels is a joke. They tout a 2 business day turnaround, which is not impressive seeing how every other site that uses their same gaming platform pays out same day, and within minutes in a lot of the cases. I was told on a Friday that I would receive my payout on Monday. Come Monday, they mysteriously were having "Bitcoin payout issues". Then on Wednesday, once their issues had been resolved, my documents were in with upper management for a final audit. Then on Thursday, I was told that my documents were approved and that my payment would be going out with the next batch of payments which was going to be the next Monday. That alone tells me that they are not honest at all about their turnaround times. So, its now Monday at 10PM, so i call them again. Well, as it turns out, my file is in with Upper management for an audit and my payout will be going out with the next batch of payments, which is now on Wednesday. Everytime I call they are condescending, and feed me the same lame excuses as the time before, telling me that they will escalate my file to the finance team, who apparently does not exist. I have a strong feeling that come Wednesday, my file will be in with upper management for an audit and my payout will be sent with the next batch of payments, which will be Friday.... You get the jist. Blacklist these dummies. 

 I played their no deposit bonus as I do with other casinos. I also deposit and play with many others. I received an email asking for verification docs which is normal. Although, they make you deposit before they give you withdrawal and in my experience you never get paid when it's set up like that. Legitimate casinos will pay you I don't know the positive bonus without making you make a verification deposit. A verification deposit? What are the documents for then? 

 The worst ever online casino. Got free spins. Won 3k. Terms and conditions are trash. U can only withdraw $100 the other 2900 with be erased from my account and I can’t even withdraw the $100 until I make a $25 deposit. I’m so mad. Winning $3000 at a time like this and can’t even get it is terrible. I hate it here  

 Some of the games in the lobby seem wonderful, but I'm having issues with a few of them. Strong table games are required to play the bonus. Also, payouts are  a little slow at times like they used to be before the rebrand.. 

 It was okay. Received the free spins on Cash Bandits. One spin bonused, gave me 200 spins. By the time those spins were done and the free spins were done, I won about $100 plus dollars. It ended up that my playthrough was about $5000 plus. How can anyone playthrough to that much? I would have deposited real money, but I did not see any deposit bonus's that did not have no playthrough.
