Best regards, Payments Team" I then proceeded with following up with why it was i couldn't withdraw the winnings after being told the first time by the customer support agent on the online chat that I only needed $3,999.00 to wager then I can proceed with the withdraw process and the first time I was not able to withdraw and there were no options for this to proceed with, when the second time of requesting to withdraw $4,500.00, the option went through successfully and I was able to withdraw the winnings, the online chat support agent told me exactly what I needed to wager prior to successfully withdrawing the winnings after the first time when I was not able to withdraw the approx $1,100 to $1,200, I also recieved emails congratulating me of my winnings and they informed me and reminded me to send in my documents to the documents team.
