HOWEVER, I reached out to support via 24/7 chat and the rep hooked me up with a $50 free chip (50X WR, $100 max CO) which was twice as much as the NDB that I tried to redeem! Didn’t have to wait for a rep either. She joined the chat before I even finished typing to explain my issue. Also, after playing my FC down (got 160+ $1 spins on Copy Cat before busting), I verified my email address, and was rewarded with another NDB (15 FS on Gemtopia just for verifying email)! Unfortunately I busted again, so I don’t know what their withdrawal process is like. That said, my super fast, responsive, friendly, resolution-focused support experience has me thinking that this is a legit, top rate casino. Will definitely deposit & play here

Watch out if you win they come up with installments and change the times you have to wait everyday, 3to 7 busines days for withdarawal process, just to tell me of my 1900 dollars wings they approved 250 of it, after 4 days I received 250, i withdrew the 1650 dollars again and this time they made me wait for 10 business days to approve another 250 dollars, what happens when you win 10000 dollars, they came up with another excuse after another 10 business days and I told them to close my account, take money elsewhere this casino is a scam, oh and after i won they decided I am not allowed deposit bonuses as per management, what a load of nonsense, my experience, stay away they took 3 months to pay me 500 dollars

 i made the no deposit bonus and was paid out via bank wire, took like 3 weeks but they didnt have neteller, skrill or ecopayz . Otherwise the support is decent and quick responsive compared to the other dodgy RTG casinos. Id recommend them if they had e-wallets though , then it would be a solid place to play
