I have had a big win, taken 8 days to verify account after sending in multiple copies of cards and bank statements, etc, which they say was not received, then asked for details of a card that was never used or even owned by me. Finally after account was finally verified they said it will take 48hrs for the withdrawal to be approved, its been 7 days now and the withdrawal is still pending. Support have been very short with me saying that it is in process and is a queue in order of when the request was submitted. They informed me they take their time to ensure that all withdrawals are done this way to protect the player from loosing their winnings by the depositing the funds into wrong accounts or errors that happen with customers putting in wrong account details or other people claiming winnings on their behalf. I was told that my account needs extra validation which will take a further 4 business days to re-validate my account details to ensure that I have supplied the correct bank details and require that all the deposits I have made I have made from the last 12 months is on the statements for verification They have also now asked for cards that have expired over 2 years ago even though they have been destroyed an replaced, they said I should still have the physical expired cards for further verification, or a letter from the bank to state the cards had expired and destroyed. With out this they can not re-validate the account and approve any withdrawal.

Worst ever online casino. I won $35,000 with an accidental max bet push. I felt as though it was meant to be...what are the odds when you actually didn’t mean to push it!! This review is borderline and will be happy to change it if the site actually processes winnings which i have had pending now over 48 hours which I am now being told the 48hr period is not the standard but is calculated on a 8 hr business day so by what I have been told a standard 48 hrs is actually 6 days pending which is Insane! And this is on a verified approved account, I am still borderline here if they don’t honour their responsibilities I will need to take the steps to recover my monies which is more than the cash out so hopefully they will process within days if not I’ll recoup red faced my money with the bank.... hoping it is not going to come to that but I suggest players proceed with caution and I will update in the coming days if they are trust worthy and honorable with their cash outs!
