 I finished playthrough on the free bonus. Really enjoyed the games. Quick chat support. Unfortunately it’s been 3 months and I still haven’t been paid. Am verified. My withdrawal says pending. Chat seems helpful but then gives different support addresses to address payment issues over and over. Have had several email communications with support that are basically form letters that don’t address why they are not yet paying. They’ve asked for my bitcoin address several times and thank me for my patience. I highly doubt they will pay at this point. Disappointing and frustrating that casinos are allowed to operate that don’t pay.
