 On November 8,2019 i made initiated 4 bitcoin transfers to sports and casino. 2 were processed and funds credited to my casino account but 2 were not.  I'm a bit disappointed cause they accepted my deposit without any problem, but you request a little withdrawal then they need to verify you identity. I sent all documents and customer service told me have to be in PDF. I don't have PDF. So I'm still waiting for the deposit 

 I requested a $1200 withdrawal on 10/16/24 to my bank account. I was told I would get it no later than 11/21. I reached out on 11/21 because I didn’t receive it. They told me it wasn’t actually sent until 11/18/24. Then they told me I would get it no later than 12/6/24. 12/6 came, and no money. I reach out again and now they told me 12/12. My bank releases deposits two days early and they have no record of the money even being sent as of today 12/11. I have told them that I think this is a scam over and over again because no other casino apps take this long. I have been patient and waiting but this is ridiculous. I think they’re just hoping I forget about the money and they don’t have to pay me. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend playing on this app. There are plenty other ones that’s pay out in three days or less.

 I was verified in one day. After a week of complaining about not being verified, I realized my email was too big. I resent it and spoke to an agent who waited until they received it. I was verified in three hours!! I have a withdrawal using currency as they recommended and it’s been processing since yesterday. It claims two business days max. This is where I get a little worried because of the mixed reviews. I spent my money deposited without a bonus and my balance right now is ridiculously high. I believe this is too good to be true.
