 I ask up front, before depositing about the withdrawal processing process. This customer service person refused to tell me what the verification process was. They told me they would tell when I had a withdrawable balance. That is a red flag for me. I dont play at sites that request a bunch of nonsense documentation. Those are always unfun and problematic. I cannot imagine why they think I'm going to give them my money...when they refuse to discuss how I claim my winnings.
