 I experienced a disappointing situation with Lupin Casino where they denied my winnings, citing a rule breach from earlier deposits, not the one that led to my current winnings. After carefully reviewing my betting history, I found that I adhered to the casino's terms, except for a few bets with a nearly empty balance. This retroactive rule enforcement seems predatory, exploiting players when their funds are low. Despite these alleged past breaches, the casino accepted more than 13 subsequent deposits, which casts doubt on their fairness. I strongly advise players to avoid Lupin Casino, as despite my loyalty and numerous deposits, they resorted to what I perceive as unfair and possibly criminal methods to withhold my winnings. 

 Beware: an unfair bonus term was used to confiscate my legit winnings of €2200 and terminate my account. Bonus rule: Max bet with bonus is €5 or 10% of balance, whichever smaller. I won using a bonus where I did not breach this rule. However, they used the max bet of 10% of balance rule on my earlier use of bonuses (where I lost my money and had nothing to cashout), and when my balance was very low e.g. I had a balance of $8 but bet $1 or a balance of $2 and bet 40 cents. Foolishly, I was just running down my small balance (having mainly played €5 bets throughout most of the wagering). Of course, they were happy to continue to take my deposits despite previously breaching the bonus rule. 

 After signing up with this casino, I try to redeem the 50 free spins, but the message stated it was no longer valid; customer service confirmed they’re no longer running this promotion, and refused to honor this coupon or offer a comparable option in the way of a no deposit bonus.
