Las Atlantis Casino Review

 I joined Las Atlantis and I did not get the $45 no deposit bonus. I did not try the casino out. :(

 Misleading payout times. They advertise that bitcoin withdrawals take 1-3 business days. In reality, it takes 5 business days to "approve" and "several more" to transfer so payout times are a joke. And you can only do one payout request at a time. I'm really disappointed. They need to just be honest about payout times because I took them at their word and got burned. I still haven't received my bitcoin payout and it's been almost a week. All customer service could say is, "several more days." So helpful.

 Please read this if you play at LasAtlantisCasino- this is real.. Games started playing good after depositing for 3 months,. Then I started complaining because I never could get a cashoutable win. Then Las Atlantis gave me a host named Ruby. A week later I won a few grand. Max cashout is $2500 per week. I made a Bitcoin withdrawal for $2500. It took A week to verify my account I guess that is kinda normal,then a week to get my withdrawal to find out THEY GAVE ME $1000 CREDITED BACK TO MY DEBIT CARD AND PUT THE OTHER $1500 BACK IN MY CASINO ACCOUNT.I made A withdrawal for $2500 in Bitcoin and got less than half of my requested withdrawal back to my card. I played there loyaly for 6 months. I've been gambling online since about 2000. Never have I had a partial payment withdrawal unless it was over the week max amount. Look, bonuses are great but you don't know that a casino is legit until you cashout. CASHOUT SOONER THAN LATER TO SEE THERE TRUE COLOR. All bad 

 Misleading as there is NO no deposit bonus which is becoming the norm for many casinos, so why state that there is. Clearly this already shows that this is a casino that should not be trusted

 To make a long story short, deposited 50.00, and received a 260% welcome bonus and 25 free spins. The bonus had a 30x rollover. Hit a sizable jackpot, then had some luck on the gaming tables. Was about about 3K then ended up just over 1K with my rollover satisfied. My average bet on the tables was around 150.00(playing 3 hands). Decided to withdraw the funds. Sent them all the required information, even though my deposit was bitcoin. They of course slow rolled verification saying they didn't receive some of it, and the process took about 10 days. Finally received an email yesterday that I was good to go. This morning I wake up to them rejecting my payout, saying that the max bet on that bonus is 10.00. Of course that is nowhere on the main description of the bonus terms and conditions, it is deep in the annals of the house rules. My response was pretty angry with my main point being, why does the system allow a customer to place over a 10.00 with this bonus? I'm sure I will get no reply. I just wanted to make sure no one else makes this mistake. Oh well, March Madness is almost here, no real reason to be upset. 

 Las Atlantis is a terribly misleading casino, it takes 2 weeks to verify your account and they say it takes 3-5 days to get a payout. I won $2500 dollars and cashed out, after that I was told it takes 3-5 business days to approve. After it was approved they then told me it takes up to 10 days to go to your bank account. They decided to pay me $500 dollars and then go through the 15 day process again to cash out more. This casino is banking on you to continue to play your winnings due to the unacceptable payout periods that are completely deceptive on their website.
