 This casino is such a huge place of thieves. I can tell you who you might speak to, Ronnie, Larry, Sasha, Vlad, Marilyn, Catherine, Sophia, Craig, Steven and the biggest liar of the them all Owen! Do not trust anything anyone has to say. I am trying to get this site shut down well at least in the states! They have no gaming license, but most of all they are a bunch of thieves that steal your money. If you ever do happen to win over 20mbtc then you will surely find out that they are a scam. Under 20mbtc then your 50/50 on getting paid. But beware even then you will have to wait at least 6 days or more before they pay you out. If you read there terms look at section 9.2 which says it can take up to 48hrs for a withdrawal. But then after the 48 hrs they will lie about how there finance team is not working or in a meeting until they finally tell you for a blatant lie as they did below to Martha and everyone else they will not pay out for some reason. Trust me I have pics and so much evidence of them lying. Try to email support and you will see they don’t respond. Your truly going to lose your money at this casino so please save yourself the trouble as I went through and so many others have as well! They are alll liars! 

 This casino is a total scam, stay away. They are not licensed for the UK and they operate which means the only thing when u have to withdraw they use the usual card, not allowed but they are happy to take your money.  Hello im actually writing this review for my mom. She is a older woman and is somewhat gulable and easy to fall for schemes. I dont know if this is a real casino or not but after a couple of days seeing her down and not being her usual self I finally got a call today from a nurse at the senior complex that she lives at. After speaking with the nurse my mom finally came clean, she deposited money of hers on Friday and won. (She did not tell me this upfront as she knows what i would have said) But long story short she has been told by multiple people that she will be paid out but each time is told more time she needs to wait. The bigger problem is that she after thinking she had won a some money, paid for a dinner for her and her friends and then made some purchases that my mom would have never made unless she had the money. Now she is in quite a jam as she made and spent all this money thinking she had won but keeps being told she will be paid only not to be paid. The only reason i did not rate this casino black is because she still feels some how she will be paid. I was writing this to see if anyone can help me and or tell me if this casino is real and or how to get her paid out. She has emailed a few times she has spoken to the live chat several several times. Anyways my mom is not leaving her room, is continuing to pray that she will be paid out soon. I feel so horrible for her, her life is on pause right now and she is old and fragile. I do not even have enough money to help her pay for all she has spent and now she is stuck at her place waiting for all this to be sorted. She wont eat and i'm hoping (Even though i now am starting to not believe) that she will be paid out soon. Because if shes not i dont know how this will all effect my mom.  same issue just happened to me. i did not use a promo, i deposited around 75.00$ usd and got 3 or 4 mb. i cashed out 42.2 Mb and when i followed up they said my winnings were voided because i went over Max Bet. well section 5.7 says Max Bet is 1 btc and says example red/Black games have a lower max bet wich would be 0. something. but blackjack has 1,5, 100 dollar chips, smallest being 1. so that means if i play Blackjack the minimum i could bet is over 20.00$ because the value difference. the red chip thats usually 5.00$ would be like the value or 100.00$ so if i was to deposit 50.00$ i would get about two mb to go play black jack wich is two hands total if i lose and the smallest chip is a 1. so if i wanted to split my bet i couldnt that changes your outcome all away around! that means all your table games should be void. it makes no sense At all and its Very Very Corrupt! everyone that i spoke to lied would not answer legitimate questions, they just keep posting the terms and conditions. if you notice section 5.7 is connected to section 14.7 both have when active bonus. please people do not support them at all and i hope everyone get what their owed because they Are crooked thieves. 

 This is a scam casino, I would greatly advise you put your money else where. Being new to bit coin I was a little confused as to how i deposit $25.00 and get $3.00 in bit coin they apparently didn't want to explain this, and on top of that I never did receive the bonus. They are just flat out ignoring m at this point and will make sure to give the a bad review whenever possible.

 This casino is legit I won 72 mbtc, payout was a little delayed they were behind because the holiday but you will get it. Everyone who has given a bad review did not go over the terms and conditions. As long as you follow the ts you will not have problems. No VPN do not exceed the max bet. You do that you will be alright. I love the games they do hit big with mega wins. It’s a good one I like it. 

 Liars crooks and scammers. I win $1500 they tell me I can only keep $750 but can only withdraw about 175 of that after I make a deposit of 1 mbtc… deception at it’s all time high.
