They send the same generic response of 1-7 days. The last gentlemen responded that I would get my withdrawal soon, and rudely disconnected before I could even respond.  i requested $50 withdraw 1/6/24 ...my documents been accepted 3 times now they say wait 12 more business days and i just got another email requesting documents again this is ridiculous ...i told them i submitted them several times they were accepted already ...i get no reply ...customer support in casino wont even reply to me anymore im very disappointed in their lack of giving a crap about their players its at least 45 days i been waiting ...
