 Terrible support that only communicate via email and will only reply to one of your emails per day, when they do reply they give incomplete information. I am really struggling to get my account verified so I can withdraw.

 Livechat not always available and I get better responses by sending emails. Good welcome bonus and a lot of games to choose from. They told me it would be only 3 days for withdrawals but after completing about 5 now it takes more like 4-5 days for the money to arrive.
