 This is the biggest scam casino! I deposited $50 without a bonus as I read on their bonus terms that you can only cash out 30x what you deposited if you chose to go with a bonus. Hit a $50,000 jackpot and this is where all my problems started.. customer service barely wants to know you when you've actually got money to withdraw, email responses take forever and you can only cash out a max of $2500 at a time but get this right they have the final say on how much they will actually pay you! So I withdrew my first $2500, they say 5 business days but on the 7th business day after chasing their asses for days I get confirmation that they've approved only $500 to pay out and I'll need to make a new request which again will be reviewed. They mentioned something in their email about credit checks which if I'm not mistaken can only be done by lenders which they are not. They aren't lending me money, they're meant to be paying out the money I won fair and square. Would I recommend this casino or any of it's affiliates? Not a fucking damn chance! At this rate it will take 2 years for me to see all of the money I won.

 I have win 150$ in AUSSIE PLAY Casino, I have in my balance more than 300$ when I have finished the wagering, they have kept only 150$, the maximum that I can win in the 50$ signup bonus given to me. I have asked live support about documents and I have sent all necessary but today I have received an email that proves that the casino not serious and try to scam and confuse me, they want that I make a deposit then wager it and that they will delete also the 50$ bonus from the amount, it's very stupid and very clear that they want scam me and don't have Fairplay! 

 I’ve been playing here with my father on his account and he hasn’t won anything. He deposited a couple thousand dollars in 6 days and he’s very dissatisfied. The live chat is the slowest ever. One day he waited 1 hour and 13 mins. They throw a generic message every 20 minutes and never read all that you text... they are the very worst.  While I love the games and VIP hosts, the billing department intentionally delays payment. I wouldn’t write this if I didn’t want others to be cautious. I experienced this at their sister casino too. They don’t touch your withdrawal request for several days and bitcoin should be 1-2 days. Once they do, they say the addresses don’t match (what you provided during validation and what is on the payout aren’t the same) and by doing this they delay payment. Because this happened to me previously I triple checked the address on my request and it matched. I spend a lot of money and should get a payout in 24 hours via bitcoin. Just be aware that it’s not seamless to get money back and I believe the billing intentionally delays payment so the player will cancel withdrawal and lose money. That’s not the right thing to do and I think players should be cautious. Get validated in advance it’s not a quick process. 

 If you played there from the UK get your bank to do a charge back. They are illegal and all bank transactions to them are fraudulent. 

 Worst online casino EVER! I made a deposit with bonus attached and I could only played about 5% of the games this site has to offer. The 95% of the games can't be accessed to play don't know why. I contacted the support team and all they have to say is I should have read the contract before making a deposit! Unbelievable! Wasted 1 hours trying to get answers and nothing is solved due to the support team keep disconnecting me from the chat. ????

 11 days ago, I sent my BTC address form which on their website is what they need to verify my account. Then, a few days later they tell me they need ID and power bill. Sure, I wish they told me that in the first place, but okay I'll do it. Now, several days more they ask for my BTC address again. Okay, provide it again. Then they ask if it's static. So they're really going to delay it just to confirm for the 3rd or 4th time my BTC wallet which is obviously static since I've sent the same one over the course of nearly two weeks they could have deduced it is static. But here we go again, another delay in verifying...All I want is my stupid $175.
