ecoVoucher Overview
Operating under the ecoPayz brand umbrella, ecoVoucher is a popular prepaid payment method, which allows users to make online transactions without the need to disclose their personal or financial details. Let’s get a quick overview of their operation before we dive into the details.

When I switched to ecoVoucher for the first time, I had my doubts, to be honest. Purchasing an e-voucher is as easy as it gets, you can get them through authorized distributors listed on the payment provider’s website yourself.
Originating as an Authorized e-money Institution, ecoVoucher is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FCA Reference Number 900011).
This ensures its reliability and trustworthiness for online payments, especially in the ever-evolving world of instant withdrawal casinos.
Details on ecoVoucher: Fees, Withdrawals, and More
Opting for ecoVoucher in online casinos means enjoying transactions that are as simple as handing over cash.
An 18-digit ecoVoucher PIN is all you need, to keep your personal and financial details completely private.
Moreover, its availability in multiple currencies like EUR, USD, and GBP only adds to its convenience. However, keep in mind that a currency conversion fee of 2.99% is levied on each transaction.
Remember
ecoVoucher is meant to work in tandem with Payz so creating a free classic account will be beneficial to smooth things out.
Fees
For all the convenience and security that ecoVoucher brings, it also has some fees that you must keep in mind. Buying a voucher does not incur any additional fees and the same goes for using said voucher for payments.
When I tried redeeming the balance from my prepaid voucher to my bank account I also had to pay a redemption fee of $10.
However, be careful that you don’t go over the use-by date or else a fee of $3.7 will be charged from your remaining balance every month.
Some banks and casinos may also levy some charges before you can get your money in your account. Go through the ecoVoucher terms and conditions page for further information.
Creating a Payz account is free but has a daily limit of $1,000 for transactions and a total lifetime limit of $2,650.
Withdrawal Details
Although withdrawals are instant as soon as you get your ecoVoucher, using it in online casinos to withdraw money isn’t easy at all, unfortunately.
As it is a prepaid card, very few casinos actually let you withdraw using the payment method, usually resorting to bank transfers or other payment methods such as PayPal or MiFinity for casino withdrawals.
I had to open up a Payz account to make withdrawals as the service comes from the same parent company, PSI Pay and is compatible with ecoVoucher.
How To Use ecoVoucher at the Casino
Unlike traditional methods, ecoVoucher doesn't require you to provide banking details. Instead, you:
- Purchase your desired ecoVoucher from a reliable online reseller or outlet.
- Select the ecoVoucher option and enter your 18-digit PIN.
- Thats it! You have successfully deposited money into your casino account.
For withdrawals, what I did was create a free Payz classic account as mentioned previously. To get the money in your bank account, you must:
- Log into your Payz account.
- Select the “Transfer Funds” option in the menu and select “ Bank Account”
- Now enter your bank account details.
Finally, you have your funds in your bank account and you’re all set to use ecoVoucher for your payments!
Author's Note
Remember that it's always a good practice to only purchase ecoVouchers from authorized resellers or outlets as the company may exercise the right to deny payments otherwise.
How Claims and Disputes are Resolved
If you have any issues when using the payment provider or need to lodge a complaint, you can reach ecoVoucher at [email protected].
The service is available 24/7 and once you make a complaint, you will receive a written confirmation from them.
Their reply can take up to 15 days to arrive and if any delay occurs you will be emailed and relayed all the details.
The payment provider also pledges any complaints or disputes shall be settled within 35 business days since the incident has been flagged via the proper channels.
User Experience and Checkout Flow: Is ecoVoucher Worth It?
For those prioritizing security and simplicity in their online casino transactions, ecoVoucher stands out as a commendable choice.
The absence of complicated bank transfers and the assurance that personal details remain confidential made it quite reassuring for me.
However, as with most e-vouchers, withdrawals can be the ultimate sacrifice you have to make to use an ecoVoucher like I had to.
Regardless, I believe that it can still be a secure and convenient way to manage your bankroll and not overspend.
